Our bee farm offers pollination services for fruit growers across Nova Scotia including blueberries, haskap and cranberries.
Pollination
Starting in late May to early June, our hives are transported to wild blueberry and haskap fields for pollination in Northern Nova Scotia. The hives spend an average of three weeks on the fields, until the bloom is over, and return to the summer fields to be readied for the coming honey season. Nucleus Colony
